Cancellation Policy
For new clients a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment —
• The deposit will be applied toward your service total
• Appointments may be rescheduled without losing deposit if notified at least 24 hours prior
• Same day cancellations will owe the remainder of the 50% same day cancellation fee
No call no shows will be responsible for 50% of the service.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve all Microchanneling appointments. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your treatment. Microchanneling is a specialized service that requires dedicated time and treatment-specific supplies therefore the deposit is non-refundable.
A 10 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may require your treatment to be modified to fit the remaining appointment time. Full payment for the scheduled service will still be due.
All purchases are final. I do not offer refunds of any kind, only credit towards product or a different service.
