For new clients a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment — • The deposit will be applied toward your service total • Appointments may be rescheduled & applied to another date if notified at least 24 hours prior (up to 3 times, after that a new deposit will need to be placed) • Same day cancellations will lose their deposit + owe the remaining 50% cancellation fee No call no shows will be responsible for 50% of the service and will not be allowed to re-book in the future A $100 deposit is required to reserve all Microchanneling appointments. This is applied toward the total cost of your treatment. Microchanneling is a specialized service that requires dedicated time and treatment-specific supplies therefore the deposit is non-refundable. A 10 minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show, your card on file will be charged the 50% no-show fee All purchases are final.
